The soundtrack of a Green Lane summer is filled with familiar cheers and camp songs; words that parents and children can sing together.

A summer here comes with many signature moments that haven’t changed much either over the years, because they are woven into the fabric of the CGL experience.

They are the sounds of reveille in the morning, the sounds of laughter in bunks at night.

The sounds of singing and cheering in the dining hall during meals.

The customs like Steeplechase and Firefly. Silent Meals and Free Play. Olympics and Carnival.

Traditions here are wooden plaques in the rafters, and the miles of names written on the walls of Arts & Crafts.
